Basnet outlined plans for road repairs, the establishment of homestays for comfortable accommodations, and water management initiatives to enhance the overall visitor experience.

With the majority of tourists arriving in August, October, and November, Mundhum Trail offers a balanced climate, providing a unique blend of Himalayan coolness and plains-like warmth. The Tyamke Maiyung rural municipality aims to leverage the area’s natural beauty to promote tourism and agriculture, with ongoing initiatives such as the construction of a tourism information center in Chakhewa.
